I had the most amazing stay at a hotel in Kragujevac. The room was incredibly luxurious, with a huge bed that was so comfortable. The view from the room was breath-taking, especially at night when the city lights twinkled in the distance. And let's not forget about the bathtub - it was so comfortable, I could have slept in it! The staff were friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean. I had a fantastic experience at Zeneva Lux.

The rooms were in need of some updates and maintenance. The power sockets were not all functioning and the walls and curtains were stained and damaged.

Room, breakfast, staff the room was spacious, clean, and had a modern design. We especially loved the large Jacuzzi tub and flat screen TVs in both the bedroom and living room areas. the breakfast provided was excellent with many options to choose from and the staff was always attentive and helpful.

Cool temperature, language barrier the temperature in both the room and reception area was chilly, even though we mentioned it to the staff. not all of the staff spoke English which made communication difficult at times.

Located just a few minutes away from the city center, this hotel has very friendly staff that is always helpful. the rooms are very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-kept furnishings. Guests can enjoy delicious breakfasts with generous portions and a good variety of options. Some rooms come with balconies offering great views of the city.

The internet connection could use some improvement.
